What is a Living Frame?
a beautifully crafted frame made out of wood or plexi-glass for interiors that hosts live plant(s) and that can be lit with built in soft LED colored lighting.
Where did the concept come from?
an original concept that was inspired by the need to incorporate greenery in a NY apartment. Living walls in France is our muse and we created an item to encompass art, design and positive feng shui
Does anyone else make Living Frames?
we are the originator of Living Frames and they are available exclusively on luludi.net
What are Living Frames made of?
using locally produced materials to support our local economy and reduce the amount of energy required for the transport of our frames our artisans use mdf (medium density fiberboard) material to construct our frames, usually from recycled materials, and with no discernable grain resulting in a smoother application of paint. The back of the frames are made of sturdy plywood. we also chose lacquer paints to create a finer cleaner finish that provides our frames with a rich and lustrous look that is smooth to the touch.
Where can I see Luludi Living Frames?
in new york city the Dutch Flower Line will start showcasing most of our frames end of august, located at 150 West 28th Street New York, NY 10001). NY Topiary will also be showing a number of Luludi Living Frames, located at: 135 28th St New York NY 10001. We are in discussions at several other locations so check back frequently for an update.
How heavy are the Living Frames to 12 pounds (see specific frame dimensions)?
Living Frames weigh anywhere from 1 pound to 12 pounds. Plants are all under 1 pound.
How do I hang a Luludi Living Frame?
Every Luludi Living Frame comes with a sawtooth hanger already attached to the back of the frame. All you need is a nail and a hammer to start displaying your frame immediately.
Is the Living Frame waterproof?
No. You will need to remove the plant to water it. Every plant is delivered with a plastic pot to prevent any leakage into the frame.

What plant shall I choose?
That depends on the conditions in the space where you will place it. Consider how much light there is or isn't, how careful you will be in watering it as needed. How much light will I need?
This will depend on the plant you choose. We propose plants for all types of light conditions. Whether you have a lot of little lite in your space we have the plant for you! Browse our plant care section to find one that is ideal for you. for more information, please see our plant care instructions
How often do I need to water my plant?
This will depend on the plant you choose. Some plants are low maintenance and require watering once every ten days while other require more frequent nourishing. Choose the plant that fits your lifestyle. for more information, please see our plant care instructions
What happens if my plant dies?
If your plant does not travel well Luludi Living Frames will be happy to replace it within 10 days of purchase... one out. 1.888.9.luludi
How does the plant survive?

Buying & Returns
When will my Luludi Living Frame ship?
Your Living Frame will ship between 48 – 72 hours after confirmed receipt of payment has been received by Luludi Living Frames LLC. Our frames usually ship within 48 hours but we leave the margin of 72 hours to ensure we locate the best plant for your frame.
The Living Frame is shipped priority mail and will arrive between 3-5 days. You will be given a tracking number to track your shipment.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Due to the time sensitive nature of the plants we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes unless you order your frame without a plant.
What happens if my plant does not travel well?
We endeavor to pack carefully to ensure your frame and plant arrives in perfect condition. In the event that something has been damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange an exchange or replacement of frame or plant.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally without plants due to individual countries restrictions on shipment of live plants. Please contact us for shipping rates and estimated delivery times.
What happens if I do not like my Luludi Living Frame?
We want all of our clients to be happy and love their Luludi Living Frames! If you receive your Living Frame and you are not completely satisfied please contact us immediately for a replacement or an exchange at: info @luludi.net or 1.888.9.luludi. If you are returning your frame please ensure it is shipped with its original packing materials to protect it from damage. Standard shipping will be provided free of charge.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Sales Tax on the merchandise total will be charged and will be based on the local sales tax for delivery destination
There is no sales tax charged for gift certificates until it is redeemed.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail.

PLANTS: Luludi Living Frames LLC and luludi.net guarantees plants ordered through Luludi Living Frames LLC and luludi.net for a period of 15 days. Luludi Living Frames LLC and luludi.net will not replace plants killed by animals, rodents, insects, mechanical damage, neglect, natural disasters or other reasons over which Luludi Living Frames LLC and luludi.net has no control. Luludi Living Frames LLC and luludi.net is not responsible for poisonous or illegal plants and the injury, damage or liabilities they may incur.
